1.0 Respect Everyone:

Players must respect each other; Discrimination or Toxicity is prohibited.

1.1 Common Sense:

If you believe what you’re doing will or plan to ruin immersion, think about it and choose.

1.2. Voice Communication:

Voice Changers are not permitted at all; Use your regular voice at all times. A microphone is a requirement within playing the city.

1.3. Sexual / Erotic Roleplay:

Erotic Roleplay is prohibited, this includes; Any sexual behavior or Nudity roleplay. This also means if you start doing NSFW or Inappropriate activities in the Discord Community, it’s also prohibited.

1.4. Exploiting / Hacking:

Exploiting, Hacking or the use of any third party programs is prohibited.

1.5. Self Promoting / Self Advertising:

Self Advertising / Self Promoting includes streaming games or content that isn’t the community server, advertising without the partner role or permissions.

1.6. Out of Character:

Speaking Out of Character is not permitted. This includes speaking or communicating while dead, during an annoying or frustrating situation etc.

1.8. Use of Staff DMs

Directly messaging staff is not permitted unless the server is being raided or is an urgent emergency.

2.1. Staff Decisions

All staff decisions are final. Arguing or disrespecting staff is not permitted.

2.2. Lashing Out at Members or Staff

Lashing out at members or staff from frustration, anxiety or just straight up hate is not permitted.

2.3. Use of Racial or Racist Comments

Racial Slurs and Racism is strictly not permitted as it can offend a person or persons. This includes during roleplay too.

2.4. Use of In-Game Operations

The allowance to play the server forces you to always be in roleplay no matter what, if a staff member brings you then you are out of roleplay.

2.5. Use of In-Game Chat System

The use of the In-Game Chat System via pressing “T” then typing something out. During a scene, use “/gme” or “/me” and if you are speaking Out of Character use “/ooc and continue with what you were needing to say.

2.6. Use of In-Game Voice System

The use of In-Game Voice System is to be used properly, this includes yelling, screaming, music playing in the microphone, using a voice changer, etc.

2.7. Use of Discord Communications (Includes Our Community Channels)

The false use of communication in our channels such as causing or entering an argument, causing drama, taking things out of character or being continuously annoying to members is not permitted.

2.8. Trolling

Trolling is not permitted. This includes being annoying towards players.

2.9. Quality of Life

The quality of your character's life depends on what you do in real life. Use your character as you do in real life, either being a sparky / tradie, a firefighter, a normal average civilian or someone who is uneducated and has a low IQ.

3.0. Direct Messages Moderation

Our community staff or team members are prohibited from moderating direct messages, please make a report via Discord’s Report System rather than using our ticket system. Although, we do moderate DMs if there is threats or aggressive contact that somewhat impacts the community.

3.4. Use of the channels

The use of our Discord channels all have realistic purposes for them, we prohibit the failure to use channels properly. For example; General and Off-Topic channels are mainly for communicating in text and prohibits trolling, use of GIFs and imagery.

3.5. False Reports

Our staff and support team will not do anything regarding reports without evidence. Moderating something without evidence is corrupt and we do not permit corruption or false reporting.

3.6. Reputation Records

Do not make yourself a bad reputation within the community. How can people earn a bad reputation: Being disrespectful, earning bans, kicks or warnings, disobeying guidelines, breaking character, verbally or physically harassing specific or certain people, etc.

3.7. Privacy Accessibility

We strictly prohibit the interference of privacy. Everyone wants privacy and we strictly prohibit the inappropriate access that you may not have. Respect people’s privacy

3.8. Prohibition of Pornography or Inappropriate Content

We strictly prohibit all the use of inappropriate content or pornography in channels or in the city. Also, we strictly prohibit any access to nudity activities within the city as it can affect specific or certain players.

3.9 Random Death Match

Players are prohibited from using weapons in an unrealistic intentional way that would affect a players roleplay.

4.0 Vehicle Death Match

Players are prohibited from using their vehicles as a weapon in an unrealistic intentional way that would affect a players roleplay.

4.1 Emergency Services Radio

The Emergency Services Radio is not a playground, you must be ranked within emergency services personnel to be in a radio frequency. Do not use the radios for scanner use as it is not fair for the emergency services.

4.2 Use of R-HUD

Do not cause priority based calls or do anything relating to priorities during priority cooldown or peacetime active. When priority or peacetime is active, this is a calm and relaxed time where you must do general and relaxed calls that do not include any priorities.

4.3 Advertising

Advertising in the community or DMs without appropriate roles like partner or with ownership permissions is prohibited.

4.4 Underaged Interactions

Per FiveM Terms of Service, we are restricted from roleplaying as a minor or child within the city or community.

4.5 Hostile Roleplay

Players cannot commit priority based offences if there are more than 5 police on.

4.6 Fail Roleplay

Players may not fail roleplay.. For example, you cannot drive in a car meet of cars and then drive away.

4.7 Stay in Character

Stay in Character at all times unless you’re speaking with a staff member.

4.8 Meta Gaming

Meta Gaming is when a player uses information received outside of the city. This is strictly prohibited.

4.9 Power Gaming

Power Gaming is when a player uses their powers to act corrupt / abuse them and take control inappropriately.

5.0 Combat Logging

Combat Logging is when a player in handcuffs or on the way to jail leaves the game which is prohibited.

5.1 Value Your Life

Value your life, if you have a weapon pointed at you, it does not mean you can drive away like it’s nothing.

5.2 No Revenge Killing

No revenge killing, this integrates with the New Life Rule.

5.3 Mic Requirement

All players must have a working microphone in order to be in Galaxy Networks.

5.4 Cheating

Per FiveM Terms of Service, players cannot use third party software to cheat, exploit, hack or DDOS anything or anywhere. This is strictly prohibited.

5.5 New Life Rule

When a player dies, they must forget everything prior to their death.

5.6 Violation of FiveM, Rockstar Games and Discord Terms of Service

We strictly prohibit any rule breaks of the FiveM, Rockstar games and Discord Terms of Service, Conditions, etc.

5.7 Cop Baiting

Cop baiting is not permitted. What bypasses cop baiting: Hooning, Wheeling in front of police, Smoking illegal substances in front of police etc.

5.8 Safezones

Safezones such as emergency services locations, certain businesses and military areas prohibit priority or hostile activities.

5.9 Alternate Accounts

Alternate accounts are prohibited as they can bypass our bans etc.
